Terms of Service

By placing an order with Love & Miles DC™, you agree to provide accurate order, shipping, and personalization information.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom products are created using the names, dates, wording, colors, destinations, photos, and other details submitted by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted personalization information for accuracy.

By submitting a photo, logo, artwork, or other image, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it for the requested product.

If a design proof is provided, production will begin after approval. Once a custom design has been approved — or once production has begun when no proof is offered — changes and cancellations are no longer available.

Custom and personalized products are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error made by Love & Miles DC™.

Please note that colors may vary slightly between digital previews and the finished product due to differences in screens, materials, and printing.

Product Availability
Seasonal and limited-release items are available while supplies last.

Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Love & Miles DC™ is not responsible for errors in names, dates, wording, addresses, or other information entered incorrectly by the customer.
