Little Miles Party — Starting at $495
Up to 10 children · 90 minutes. A playful, themed tote experience for birthdays and celebrations.
Signature Tote Experience — Starting at $750
Up to 15 guests · 2 hours. Perfect for girls’ nights, showers, and private gatherings.
Elevated Miles Experience — Starting at $1,250
Up to 25 guests · Approximately 3 hours. Designed for larger celebrations, corporate gatherings, and premium experiences.
Made for Your Theme
From fairy birthdays to milestone celebrations, we can coordinate design selections, names, colors, patches, and DTF transfers with your event’s theme. Additional customization and guest counts are quoted separately.
Venue & Setup Requirements
Outdoor events: Host must provide a level, accessible area at least 10 × 10 feet for our canopy, plus room for guests to circulate. Tent permission, safe canopy anchoring, and suitable weather are required.
Indoor events: Host must provide a level, well-ventilated space with room for our displays and a separate, supervised heat-press station.
Power: The event host must provide access to a suitable grounded electrical outlet and power supply for our heat press. We do not currently provide generators. Electrical requirements will be confirmed before accepting a booking.
Access: Convenient unloading/parking and approximately 60–90 minutes for setup, plus breakdown time.
Outdoor events require a safe weather backup plan. Hot equipment remains in a staff-only area.
Booking & Payment
Events begin with an inquiry and personalized quote. Your date is not reserved until availability is confirmed, a written booking agreement is accepted, and a 30% non-refundable reservation deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Final pricing may vary with travel, guest count, theme customization, site requirements, and add-ons. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are provided before payment.
Photography & Filming
We may photograph or film event details and creative moments for future Love & Miles DC™ website, social media, and promotional content. We will not publish identifiable images or recordings of children without prior permission from their parent or legal guardian. Permission to feature identifiable adult guests in promotional content is arranged separately during booking.
